Electric Flat Screen Printing Machine

AP series flat screen printing machine is a flatbed screen printer with electric motor driven frame up/down and print head left/right, controlled by programmable PLC and touch screen. This flat bed screen printing press widely used in industrial product printing like transfer paper/decal printing, membrane switches, automobile dash board, etc. glass printing, graphic printing, paper sheet printing, etc.

This series machine have different models base on print size, like 300x500mm, 400x600mm, 600x900mm, 700x1200mm, and even bigger sizes. The machine with a X/Y/R position adjustment worktable, can be with vacuum table or T-slot table.

Electric driven machine will be more stable and accurate than pneumatic driven type. Our flat screen printer have a print tolerance of small than 0.04mm. Famous brand motor and controller make the machine work stable.

Introduction:

AP Series flat / flatbed screen printing presses features two AC motors to control both the vertical and horizontal motions. The straight-up and down in the vertical plane, keeping the ink right in the “print zone”. Furthermore, the flat vertical lifting method allows the operator to easily load and unload sheets or parts with the added advantage of being able to easily view and inspect the printed parts/sheets throughout the run.
AP Series flat screen printing machines are well suited for screen printing small to big-sized graphic panels, signage, membrane switches, overlays and transfer sheets.
These screen print machines are also well suited for printing onto industrial flat goods such as stamped metal panels, powder coated materials, injection molded parts and much more.
