Multicolor Semi Automatic Round Bottle Screen Printing Machine

AP-400S is our round screen printing machine special designed for cylindrical objects, which do not have registration lug, to do multi colors printing. It use the optical sensor to read the printed dot as the registration mark to do color registration.

This bottle screen printing machine features servo driven printing and motor driven up/down stroke, programmable PLC with touch screen controlled all the movements keep the machine fast and stable printing.

The AP-400S can print max diameter 110mm, max print area can reach L350xH220mm. It can be most plastic and metal bottles and containers printing, like sport water bottle, stainless steel bottle, plastic bottle, oil filter, soft tube, cups, etc.

Description:

AP-400S screen printing machine specially designed for printing round objects without registration lug (anchor point), such as plastic bottle, sport water bottle, stainless steel container, oil filter, soft tube. etc.

As the bottles or containers do not have registration lug, this AP-400S machine use the optical sensor to read the dot which printed on the first color, as the registraion point. Then use this dot to do multi colors registration.

It can print max bottle diamter to 110mm, easily to changeover for different size bottles on the programmble touch screen. Servo driven rotation and printing stroke, AC motor driven screen frame up/down make the machine operate stably and print accurately.
