Description:
AP-400S screen printing machine specially designed for printing round objects without registration lug (anchor point), such as plastic bottle, sport water bottle, stainless steel container, oil filter, soft tube. etc.
As the bottles or containers do not have registration lug, this AP-400S machine use the optical sensor to read the dot which printed on the first color, as the registraion point. Then use this dot to do multi colors registration.
It can print max bottle diamter to 110mm, easily to changeover for different size bottles on the programmble touch screen. Servo driven rotation and printing stroke, AC motor driven screen frame up/down make the machine operate stably and print accurately.
